1 Do I have to pay when booking?
It depends on the business.
Some businesses ask for a €10–€50 deposit to secure your slot.
Others let you book completely free and pay on the day.
Full payment upfront is also an option some businesses choose.
2 Where does my money go?
100% directly to the business — never to Citame.ie
You’ll only ever see the business name on your bank statement.
We never touch client money.
3 Does Citame.ie take a commission?
No — never.
We charge businesses a flat monthly fee only.
Every cent you pay goes straight to the business.
4 When does the business get paid?
Within 1–2 business days directly to their Irish bank or Revolut Business account.
Automatic via Stripe — we never hold the money.
5 Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes — free cancellation up to the business’s policy (usually 24–48 hours).
After that, deposits are typically non-refundable.

6 Will I get reminders?
Yes — automatically:
• Confirmation SMS instantly
• Reminder 48 hours before
• Final reminder 2 hours before
7 Is my card safe?
100% safe — powered by Stripe (used by Amazon, Uber, Shopify).
Your card details are encrypted and never stored on our servers.
8 Apple Pay / Google Pay / Revolut Pay?
Yes — all enabled automatically.
One-tap booking = more completed appointments.
9 What if my preferred time is gone?
Join the Waiting List — if someone cancels, you get an SMS first.
